WEBTOON Entertainment President Yongsoo Kim Named to Los Angeles Times’ Entertainment Business Visionaries

LOS ANGELES - WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: WBTN), a leading global entertainment company and home to some of the world's largest storytelling platforms, is honored that President Yongsoo Kim has been named to the Los Angeles Times’ Entertainment Business Visionaries. The annual list, now in its third year, recognizes entertainment industry executives whose leadership and contributions are shaping the Southern California entertainment business.

Kim joins fellow honorees, including Anthony Wood, Founder and CEO at Roku, Jonathan Glickman, CEO at Miramax, and Rita Ferro, President, Global Advertising at The Walt Disney Company.

Since joining WEBTOON Entertainment in late 2022, Kim has been overseeing key strategic initiatives that accelerated WEBTOON's global integration and growth, including the company's collaboration with The Walt Disney Company in 2025. He has also played a key role in expanding WEBTOON's global platform and advancing its IP ecosystem across content, entertainment, and strategic partnerships.
