Nanobit to Develop Free-to-Play Mobile Games Featuring Some of NAVER WEBTOON’s Most Popular Series
SEOUL – Stillfront studio’s Nanobit has today announced it has partnered with NAVER WEBTOON, WEBTOON Entertainment Inc.’s Korean platform, to develop new free-to-play mobile games based on popular webcomic titles for gaming audiences worldwide.
Nanobit’s new collection of interconnected games will initially feature five of NAVER WEBTOON’s top webcomics including “Operation: True Love,” “My Roommate is a Gumiho,” “My ID is Gangnam Beauty,” “See You in My 19th Life,” and “Secretary’s Escape,” with the potential to expand to additional titles in the future. The strategic partnership aligns well with Stillfront's strategy to drive organic growth, expand its narrative games franchise ecosystem, and leverage engine sharing opportunities. The strategic partnership will further strengthen Stillfront’s presence in Asia by establishing a business relationship with a strong global partner.

The collaboration is the latest example of WEBTOON Entertainment’s work to extend its content across new formats and platforms.
